Where is the Best Sauna in Los Angeles, California?
My boyfriend purchased a gift certificate for me to DuBunne. Let me start off by saying THIS IS THE GREATEST PLACE EVER!!!!!! Contrary to the other review, I found there customer service to be outstanding! When I called to book my appointment I spoke Cara, she was so helpful and took her time explaining the different treatments to me. When I arrived Nicole was at the front and could tell I was a little nervous because it was my first time having a massage. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately. She showed me to my personal locker and schedule time for me to sit in the sauna before to help me relax. Away I went for my massage, Danielle hands are marvelous!!! Everyone of the staff members were so friendly, always asking if I needed anything. The attention to detail the spa gives truly makes it a remarkable place. When I was checking out I was able to meet Cara and there was another gal Lynn. They told me my gift certificate took care of everything and that was it.
As I was getting ready to write my review, I couldn’t help but notice what other people had said about this salon. It’s true that you can’t please everyone, but it seems that a great majority are quite pleased with their experience. You might ask why it matters what others have said. Well, my experience has been amazing, and I gladly pass along the info of the salon when people ask me where I get my hair done, but I feel reassured that I’m not an exception so if I refer friends and family, I know that they too will have be pleased with the service.I get my hair cut and colored on a regular basis. I have a very demanding career and unfortunately am not blessed with hours and hours that I can spend in a salon so I appreciate the fact that my appointment time is respected. I’ve never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes, and that’s been usually because I’ve arrived a few minutes early.The new location is clean, sleek, and modern.
