Where is the Best Sandwich in Atlanta, Georgia?
Couldn’t agree more with previous description (Bagel Nirvana)! It is true that Goldberg’s Bagels are THE best bagels in Atlanta! Their customer service is also very good.I, too, have tried all the other “usual” bagel joints & will indeed drive the extra mile (or three) to go to Goldberg’s. Their bagels are THE doughiest, biggest, TASTIEST bagels I’ve ever eaten! Be sure to try the Asiago Cheese bagel, it will knock your socks off! Their (flavored) cream cheese selection is also abundant, and the good part is, all the cream cheese is low-fat (but with 100% great taste). This place puts the rest of the “chain” bagel locations to shame. Don’t go anywhere else for bagels! You WON’T be let down by Goldberg’s — promise!!!Pros + Best, doughiest, tastiest bagels in Atlanta!Cons – None really–just be prepared for crowds on weekends, due to their excellent food!
I ate at Murphy’s with a friend the other night and really enjoyed the experience. We had the flat bread appetizer (not on the menu) which had tomatoes, cheese, and arugula. It was pretty tasty and not too filling which was good. For my meal I had the BBQ Salmon. I love salmon and this was not a disappointment. It was a generous portion and prepared well. My friend had the Hanger Steak which he said was really good. The only downside (which was not a big deal) was that it took a little longer than I expected for my meal to come out. Maybe 15 or 20 minutes after the appetizer. It was ok because I had good company and the server brought us some extra bread to nipple on. Overall it was a good experience and the food was very reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back more often. Pros + nice atmosphere, good pricesCons – don’t really see any
I had heard from friends that Olive Bistro at Ponce had great food, but had no idea that the sandwich and salad selection would be so varied. My first visit was with friends and they all had a wide selection of very tasty, fresh appetizers and wine. I opted for a sandwich and a greek salad, and that was so much food. The sandwich I had was the eggplant, and it was so good. I love eggplant and they do it right. The feta on the greek was very fresh and smooth. You could tell it was very good quality. I loved the greek dressing. They make it from scratch and I bought some to go. I used it at home all week and it was as fresh on the last day as the first. Great olive oil. Next time I had the antipasto salad and what a meal. It is so generous and all of the ingredients from the artichokes to the salami were so very fresh. Again, I went for the greek dressing.I also tried the hummus and olive tapenade before the salad with my husband and we loved it all. I took home more greek dressing. I now
