Where is the Best Romantic Date Spot in Austin, Texas?
My husband took me here for my birthday and it was really wonderful. He reserved the “library” off the bar, just for us. the staff put candles all over the place and combined with the beautiful room it was a very special night. The menu was recently changed to be “small plates”. So they have wonderful dishes like sea bass, tuna and duck, but the dishes are smaller so you can order 2 different dishes for the same price as 1 entry usually is. the small dish prices were about $10-13 each. the sizes were good and we ordered 4 small plates to share and we were full at the end! highly recommended!Pros + excellent food and ambianceCons – none!

You then walk up 3 flights to the roof where a Miami feel starts (so out of place with downstairs). Kind of nice albeit the fans don’t help with the heat at all.Note – get misters. Now.We sat with friends for a party and were moved across the polace to a new seating that opened up….2 chairs to us. Why we listened to the manager I have no idea. They seem young. Our waitress would squeeze up to the table with our special order drink and basically stood with her behind in one person’s face. Uh, hel
As a tourist in Austin staying at the nearby AURTIN MOTEL, i ate at ENOTECA VESPAIO twice and was pleased both times. From the sunday brunch menu, i had the omelet of the day — very tasty with chanterelle mushrooms and veal sausage. The potatoes were not numerous and tucked into the omelet which was small overall. It was complimented…
