The fact is that HairM provides a really nice experience for their customers and they do so at an extraordinary price. I grew up in L.A., where you can get a facial, scalp massage, neck rub, and glass of wine with your haircut–if you pay hundreds of dollars for it. At HairM, those are standard parts of the King’s Cut, which costs under $50. It’s more expensive than Rudy’s or Bishop’s, but you get a genuinely relaxing experience that you can really look forward to. It’s about time that Portland got a European-inspired spa like Loyly. Beautifully designed, peaceful and inviting, Loyly is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Plus, it’s priced so reasonably that I can afford to treat myself to weekly visits. Loyly carries some delicious teas to enjoy while your’e steaming, and the owner told me she has expansion plans for a bar, where she will offer a broader beverage menu. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience at Loyly- we both loved the product line they carry, we had a lot of fun there, and we left smiling and feeling thoroughly rejuvenated. I love this place and would highly recommend it to all of my friends. I went to this salon with a friend of mine. She scheduled a 60-min. facial, I had a 75-min. facial. Both started at the same time. And, unfortunately, both ended at the same time. When I requested a refund for the percentage of time I did not receive ($15) I was told they could offer me another facial that I had to get within two weeks. I was also told that they had extended my friend’s service so that we both got 75-min. treatments. I was told that they had clocked my service ending at the correct time, implying that I was lying. Thankfully, I still had my receipt showing that, if their version of events was truthful, I would have had to shower, change, get downstairs, and pay within three minutes. I was offered another free service to be used within six months. Since I had no desire to return to their salon, their offer of a free service was ridiculous. Also, I wasn’t asking for another $75 treatment. I just wanted back what I had overpaid. In the end, I had to file a complaint wit

I made an appointment for anything and was recommended the Gaea package of half acupuncture and half massage. This treatment had immediate results and I booked another appoinment for a few days later (on my birthday) for a one hour massage and another acupuncture treatment. The massage therapist, Cecily really got into the tight spots quick and the tension in my body was subsiding within minutes of starting the massage. Afterward I went in to my acupuncture treatment for another hour of bliss. This treatment really got things in my neck. upper back, and shoulder back where they wanted to be.
