Where is the Best Relaxation Massage in Los Angeles, California?
My boyfriend and I were visiting family in Manhattan Beach and they recommended the new Trilogy Spa. It was a beautiful day and we arrived early as recommended to spend time together on the outside patio. We loved laying on the covered daybed. We had the couple?s massage together in the same room. The therapists were nice and we were both relaxed. The only negative was that my boyfriend was disappointed that the men?s locker room only had a steam waterfall shower and not a tub like the women?s. We will definitely go back the next time we?re in town.
Wonderful! The most luxurious spa experience I have ever had. The staff is so nice and accomodating. The facilities are incredible and they go out of their way to make you extra comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the spa at the Beverly Hills Hotel- it is simply amazing.Pros + Staff, Facilities, Comfort
I checked out the sauna alone since so many great things were said about it and found really nothing spectacular about it. I used the facility but the shower and sauna area look like they need to be renovated, although I learned that the rest of the facility recently had a make over. The locker room is just too small. A few women came in to get ready for their treatments while I was taking a breather and it was instantaneously packed! No hair dryers out for use and only 2 make up stations. There was also a small coackroaach that said hello to me when I opened my locker. I was grossed out thinking of the places that little guy had gone through before making his appearance! Instead of asking for a refund and leaving I blocked it out of my head the rest of the time I was there. I’m not a prude when it comes to small insects but at a spa where my body is exposed and the rates they charge I’m not willing to give much leeway.Pros + Intimate space if that’s what you like.Cons –
The receptionist assisted me with answering my questions when I called she said my facialist was great and gets booked fast, I thought we will see. Of course everyone knows the Four Seasons is the place to be in the city for cocktails and celebrity sites but I had no idea how comfy, cozy and personable the spa was. Waited in the lounge for my “dermal roller facial” a new treatment exclusively to the spa. Therapist would pass each other and say hello to each other and to guest and ask if we wanted water, tea or fruit. My facialist came around the corner with a smile like sunshine and introduced herself hello, I’m Jamilla. WoW! her skin was gorgeous I asked will my skin look like yours when I’m done? We both giggled :-). We went it a room called Gardenia she told me to make myself comfy and I did. Examining my skin with her warm&confident hands she asked me questions about my skin&daily maintenance which I was very impressed. Jamilla explained the derma roller facial was from leaf&rushe
