Got the certificate from restaurants . com & tried it. It was ok, but the check out was confusing- just kind of catering with nice twist. But son got a burger & we all’ve been loughing about it… He got the best thing :)Nice Hala roll + grat meat inside… We all tried it next time, it was still very good.Pros + best burger, all food was goodCons – check out was confusing

I stopped in as a single diner. Felt very welcomed by the gracious server. Nice wine list. Great appetizer – cavatelli with a rich mushroom sauce. Tasty but inelegantly presented as a pile of mushy things on a plate – needs something long/crisp to add some texture and break up the visual. Then came the duck, after I spied a worried-looking cook scanning the room to see where he should take this plate that had been sitting too long. It was mine – he handled it well but without admitting or apologizing for the mistake. Duck was a little tough and stringy, without much sauce and with a starch that was undercooked enough to be crunchy. That said, I think this place is worth going back to – they have great flavors and warm, if not perfect, service. It did seem like I was paying for better, though.Pros + Warm service, flavorful dishesCons – not the best value

WOW! What a great destination. Tucked into a residential side street in sleepy Downtown Northville is this slice of Italy. Set up like an Italian village, Little Italy has an excellent “ristorante”, a way cool bar (Bacchus Bar) for casual dining with more spirit selections than I have ever seen in my life, the lower level wine cellar is incredible, and the neatest Italian market/pizzeria carry-out (Hutton Street Market) jam packed with wine and Italian specialties. They have a great selection of ready to heat and eat foods and bottle their own sauces. The best Italian food I have had outside of Italy. Great steaks (try the fillet), seafood, homemade pastas. The market carry-out pizzas are also available in the bar (a must try). Top notch high quality food and a super waitstaff make you feel better than family. Overall, an incomparable experience. Handsdown, my favorite restaurant. THANK YOU Little Italy!Pros + The Food. The Wine. Onsite Parking (By-The-Door Parking For Carry-Out.)
