Where is the Best Plumber in Nashville, Tennessee?
called and left msg needed non emergent plumbing, rcvd call from family member they were sick and then going on vacation for a week and could do it after they got back, waited another week and a half, no call, called again and left msg, call returned two days later and apt scheduled the next week, told them we could work it around their schedule and was told they would do my short job between two other jobs, at 5pm the day it was scheduled left msg stating needed to make a real appointment so the job could be done, received angry voice mail stating they told me my job was non emergent and they had told me they would “fit me in” and they didn’t have time. This was 4 weeks after the initial call request was made, found another plumber that came the next day and made a real appointment.Cons – don’t have enough time for you
