My client chose this home inspector and she was very pleased with his service. She commented that he was very friendly and professional. He did a very thorough job with the inspection and we both would recommend him in the future.

Have called on them twice for two different jobs in the past month. Straight up on pricing, accomodating to schedule, quick in emergency (one job was a hot water heater), and always polite and professional.Go to this Mom-N-Pop outfit rather than the big chains/companies that may have other “hidden” charges or motives to rip you off.Holt Plumbing is the WAY TO GO!!!Pros + Quick, Polite, DependableCons – None

We were forced to use this company because of our home warranty. They came out and instead replacing a mere seal that needed to be replaced, they convinced us that we needed to replace our Expensive Whole Kitchen Sink Faucet. Because of leaking we had to agree and they gave us a a choice of buying a WHOLE NEW EXPENSIVE FAUCET like we had, or go with a cheaper one. That was the ONLY way they would fix it was by replacing the WHOLE thing which I have been told since that did NOT need to be done.We did not have the money to buy the NEW EXPENSIVE ONE like the one we had nor did they have the Antique looking style that we had. We ended up with the cheapest looking and feeling kitchen sink faucet ever. After the job was done we requested to have our other fucet back since WE KNEW it could possibly be worth money or maybe if we could find someone else to fix it we could re-use it because I LIKED IT.They informed us that they disposed of it. Which I KNOW is a LIE because another plumbing to

Just when I was about to give up on plumbers, these guys came along. They replaced our direct vent gas heater. The direct vent heaters are about twice as expensive as the regular ones and I had been talking to plumbers for a week trying to get prices. Most would not give me any information over the phone and when the big name companies came out I was getting price quotes at nearly $4000 when I knew the unit cost less than $1000. I was able to talk to Mr. Ward over the phone. He gave me a price of $800 for the unit and $95/hour labor. I was concerned about the labor price since I had never used them before, but they were more than fair. They were friendly, competent, and efficient. The icing on the cake was that they hauled off not only our old water heater, but an even older one that has been in the crawl space since we moved in…without us even asking and without additional charge. I am very impressed.Pros + Great value, competent and efficientCons – none
