Where is the Best Plumber in Minneapolis, Minnesota?
In December 2009, I contacted Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing when the spray hose on my kitchen sink began leaking. I was informed that there was a fee of $68.50 for a plumber to come out and assess the situation, and that if I chose to have repairs done, this fee would be deducted from the cost of the repairs. One of their plumbers (Tony) came out the next day. He unscrewed the top of my spray hose and examined it for approximately 90 seconds. He then sat down, flipped through some papers he had brought with him, and after about 5 more minutes presented me with an estimate for repairs. The estimate contained two options. The first option was to replace the spray hose apparatus. The estimated cost for parts and labor was $450. The plumber told me, however, that I should “think about replacing the entire faucet.” The estimated cost for this was approximately $850. I was suspicious of both of these estimates, and so I opted not to have the repairs done.I then contacted friends and co
I was very pleased with Gary’s work. I had a leaky toilet and thought I’d have to replace the entire unit but Gary was able to fix it. I am thankful the bill was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. He explained what he was doing as he completed the task. I would definitely recommend Minnesota Plumbing and Heating. They offer Twin City talent but at rural Minnesota prices and quality.
They fixed what needed to be fixed and haven’t had a problem since but they did need to come back twice to fix minor things (hot water didn’t work, stove didn’t work). The plumber apologized and was really nice. When I called the office the first time/second time to complain (When I pay $150/hr I expect things to be working when done) they were nice as well and said that shouldn’t have happened and would have manager call about refunding a portion for the hassle. They never called back so i called back a week later and left a message for the manager. I got a call from the plumber saying they had told him to call me to say that he hadn’t charged for a $15 coupling and he wasn’t really sure why they had him calling since he was just a worker but if I wanted to call to try to hassle for more money I could. Again, he was nice enough, but it was really uncomfortable they had him call me. I gave up because clearly they don’t really care about their customer service and don’t want
