Where is the Best Plumber in Austin, Texas?
Fox told us that we needed to replace our A/C four years ago, but I decided to get a second opinion so I called an A/C guy that is independant (Mr.Cool). He told us our unit was perfectly fine and that he could easily fix it. He did, and we are happy four years later. I wouldn’t trust Fox. They are too expensive and try to get more money out of you. I have been in a customer service position the majority of my life, so this may be biased. The job was a water softner installation. I was initially inpressed with the company thus I gave them my business. They were professional and the estimate was fairly priced. To begin my appointment was rescheduled to another day for first thing in the morning. Around 10am I called to find out where the the serviceman was. I will use the name “John” said he would find out and call me back. Thirty minutes later I called again and he said that the serviceman was in Dripping Springs and on his way to my house. Ok what time can I expect him? The reply was around noon. Well, around 1pm I called and now he was picking up parts. Finally he arrived, now that I had waited more than half of the day. We used Mann Plumbing, owned by Robbie Carter, to install all the handicap needs in my mom’s bathroom for her return from the hospital. Not only was everything done with the best of materials, but it turned out better than we could imagine. We needed it done in 3 days and they got it all done in 2. They knew we were in a pinch and were more than willing to go the extra mile to get it done on time. The work costed us much less than what a lot of quotes were and nothing was sacrificed to get that good price either. It was 100 degrees outside and more than that inside. They had to dig outside and work under the house and in the wall, and yet never a foul word from these men, nor a complaint. ALWAYS a good attidude, impecable manners, and a neat appearance at ALL times. A big smile, and the joy of the Lord was always present with these guys. I would not hesitate to use them again.
