Where is the best place to sell gold, diamond and gemstone jewelry?
Depending on the pieces, you may do best if you sell them using the classifieds. Pawn brokers will typically pay less than $8/gr. for 14K gold (spot is about $15/gr.). The sharks on the internet are even worse. Diamonds are more subjective unless the stones are graded, but even there you may limit your market. Other semi-precious gemstones can be sold on eBay. They are typically not worth much with the exception of some rubies and some emeralds.
