You could try a service called Premiere Ads Online. A friend of mine went through them when they were looking to hire someone and had really good results. Premiere mostly advertises for smaller businesses but they did advertise for Help Wanted for my friend. What they do is make up a help wanted ad for you and then they place it all over on several of the classifed ad websites.(They will keep you local or expand out if you want to advertise in other states.)They don’t charge very much – anywhere from $15-$55 (depending on how many sites you want on) for keeping your ad out there for a month – a lot cheaper than putting your ad in the newspaper. Might be worth checking out.
