Where is the best place in Mallorca to go in October for a family holiday?
Much depends on what you wish to do and your budget. For me the best resort on the island for a family holiday is cala san vicenete above puerto pollensa. 2 things if you want a hotel there then the hotel don pedro is the best for families, all inclusive cos the food is first class. There are some lovely villas there surrounding a swimming pool, built into the hillside called c’an botana. Advice is if you go to cala san vicente then hire a car to see other places and tour round a bit if you get fed up with the beach. You can visit the caves of drach near porto cristo, or drive through the mountains to soller for a day out and catch the train to Plama and visit the cathedral etc.
