Where is the Best Pizza in Tucson, Arizona?
I am not a big fan of Pizza anywhere in Tucson. I have been “conned” by Magpies and others claiming that they serve NY style pizza and hav been so disappointed with the results.AZ Pizza Company and their massive slices is good. For Tucson, they are great. I prefer the pizza from their Northern location more than their Broadway spot but both are much better than the long list of popular pizza places such as Dominos, Magpies etc. Pros + Pizza
Just tried the pizza from here for the first time, i wouldnt have found it if i didnt see it here on City Search.It was the best i have tried in Tucson.Try The White Wonder with garlic,mushrooms and artichoke hearts.JuliePros + white sauce for pizza, pastas, chicken bitesCons – Iced tea was in a can
I couldn’t believe it….NY style pizza out west….If I would close my eyes I would think I was in Alphabet City in NY…The crowd is the same (a bunch of kids with tattoos and strange hairstyles) funky furnishings but….the same pizza… I heard somewhere that the reason why pizza places outside of NY can’t duplicate NY Pizza is because the water is different….yeah right!!! Brooklyn Pizza in Tuscon has done it…and done it well…they even have a pizza called Flatbush Feast….come on, how Brooklyn can you get?? Why can’t other pizza places do that, especially the ones that call themselves NY Pizza???If you are in Tuscon…go directly to 4th Avenue and come back to Brooklyn..
