Where is the Best Pizza in Richmond, Virginia?
Vinny’s Italian Grill is a great restaurant with great food at a great price. The menu covers a wide range of food types, and is sure to please any taste pallet. I have but one reservation with Vinny’s, the outdoor eating area is for takeout customers only. Vinny’s would be a five-star restaurant if it weren’t for the lack of an outdoor dining area for eat-in customers. With a great family atmosphere, Vinny’s is great for any occasion.Pros + Fast and friendly serviceCons – Cannot eat outside unless you order your food takeout
Visited Angelo’s three times, mostly for pizza. The pizza is really good, thin crust style. Ask your waitress as they will make it as thin as you want. My husband liked the chicken parmesan and although I thought it was good I didn’t think it was great. As for decor and ambiance, it’s just an average neighborhood Italian pizza place. However, our serice all three times was outstanding, we ended up with the same lovely young lady who was just fantastic! Overall a very good pizza place for a nice neighborhood meal!Pros + Pizza
Chanello’s has excellent pizza! I find myself constantly making phones to the manager to tell him how poorly my order was followed. It gets frustrating becuase its so unprofessional. So what do you do? Eat somewhere where the food is horrible, but the service is great, or eat somewhere where the food is awesome, but the service is some of the worst that you’ve ever seen?Pros + Great foodCons – Follow instructions poorly; the service is bad
Their pizza is baked in a brick oven and flame-baked. The crust and toppings are hard to beat. The meal platters give you plenty, so much you need to take what you could’nt eat home. The the prices are very reasonable! If you’re looking for great food at great prices, quick. Check out Apollo’s!Pros + Reasonable prices., Large portions., Quick service.Cons – Small dining area., Limited parking.
