I have lived everywhere in the U.S. all my life. Both my parents were born and raised in Pittsburgh. At least 4 times a year, my family and I make the 8 hour drive…and Beto’s is ALWAYS our first stop!! The cold cheese mixed with the warm thick crust causes this amazing and refreshing flavor to explode in your mouth. The sauce is thick and full of tomato chunks like real, homemade pizza sauce is meant to be. And at about $1.50 a slice, you never break your bank getting a good mouthfull taste of Pittsburgh. The parking lot isn’t ideal, but it never seems to stop me from enjoying myself while I’m there. I’ve been an avid Beto’s lover for at least 10 years. And before I make that 8 hour drive back to TN, I always stop and buy Beto’s, with the cheese on the side. It’ll only last 2 days in my fridge at home, but it’s a highlight to any trip up North.Pros + Amazing food!, cheap pricesCons – Parking

Once you eat a slice( no matter what the topping) no pizza will ever taste the same again. Once you go Pizza I, You can’t go back. I lived behind Angelo’s Pizza and still walked in the dead of winter to get a pizza from Pizza I, with pepperoni (grease bowls) and ranch on the side for dipping my crust. Hot or cold this pizza is delicious! With Augie, Dominic, or Guy tossing pizza, and Dar or Gail grilling your steak hoagie there is always friendly service. No matter how busy they are, and they always are, they always have time for a little chit-chat. While others are waiting 45 min for conveyer belt pizza, I rather take the trip to Pizza Italia. Where I know I will get a freshly baked pie with fresh ingredients and friendly, speedy service with a smile. These people truly appreciate your business. Why pay $15 for chain pizza when you c
