Where is the Best Pizza in Minneapolis, Minnesota?
I had never eaten at the Eagan location before, but ate there recently with my family who had never eaten there. Boy – they were shocked. This place is great. Meals are reasonably priced – $40 for dinner for 4 – no alcohol. We had the big dipper, a hot hoagie, baked mostaccoli, and calzones. The choices are expansive (I can never decide what to have) and everything met our expectations. Highly recommended!Pros + Great prices, free parking, excellent service
The Garlic Roasted Potato pizza is one of my all time favorite foods, and that’s why I keep coming back. This Green Mill seems a bit cozier than others, mostly due to it’s smaller size. The service is always great, and the pizza just plain rocks. My only complaint is that there are hardly any dishes that are already vegetarian (just ask and they’ll whip it up how you like it).Pros + Great pizza, Decent parking
After reading an article in Delta’s Sky Mag, my boyfriend and I decided we needed to make a trip to Punch Pizza. One lazy Sunday afternoon (yesterday), we decided it was the perfect day for it. We inform the server that it was our first visit and she was very helpful in explaining the menu and how things at Punch work. She told us that their pizzas are make approx 10 inches and couples will generally order a salad or Antipasti along with the pizza, if the plan is to share the pizza. We ordered the Artichoke Dip along with the Vesuvio pizza, both to share. The artichoke dip had EXCELLENT flavor and lots of big chunks of artichoke, something commonly missing from most restaurants version of this dish. I think our conversation went something like this: ‘If this is any indication of what the pizza will be like… I have high hopes!’Once the pizza arrived we both dug right in! Slowly chewing and taking in all the flavors of this pie we exchange looks and decide we made a good dec
Barley John’s is interesting in beer and food. The outdoor area is a fun place to sit in the summers and whatnot. For that we love the place. The only downfall is that the service, while very friendly, can be slow and ditzy. It’s a very small place and even if you’re one of the few people in the restaurant expect your service to be very slow and expect that they will forget things like the glass of water you requested. They are not at all attentive to their customers who are not at the bar unfortunately. But none of it has ever been in bad spirit. The time to talk and the food and wine keep us coming back when we have the time to sit. But skip it if you’re in a hurry. Oh – and Great pizza! Gourmet pizza officiandos will love their pie!Pros + Great food, Great beer, Great wineCons – Flaky servers
