Where is the Best Pizza in Charlotte, North Carolina?

I love this place, this is the closest to New Jersey style pizza I have found here in Charlotte. The entrees are just as good! Only thing I would recommend is that the zeppoli be cooked to order, reheating them ruins it. Pros + freindly enviornment, great food and reasonable pricesCons – not cooked to order zeppoli

Being from NY it’s hard to find good pizza when you’re away from home. Thanks to our friends and family who have eaten there before and suggested we try it when we visit. On our once or twice a year visit to Charlotte, we always stop there for some pizza and some pine nut cookies (they are very delicious too!).The staff is always very friendly and patient.Sit outside by the fountain, it’s very nice.Pros + Staff is friendly and pizza is very tastyCons – I can only have it when I visit my family down there!

Definitely my favorite pizza place! We eat here at least once a week. It’s fun for a smoke-free place to watch games too, since they have big tvs (although not sound). It is a little expensive, but the pizza is so good that it’s worth it!Pros + Great pizza!Cons – A little expensive

Luisa’s very well could be the best pizza in Charlotte. The restaurant itself leaves a little to be desired, but the pizza is very good. It is great for takeout. I have actually seen it mentioned in a national magazine.I highly recommend it.

I’ve always enjoyed going to Phil & Tony’s on Friday & Saturday nights. I live in the Ballantyne area, and those of us that don’t want to do the travel downtown appreciate having a place that plays a variety of music. INCLUDING hip-hop. I’m not a kid. I’m 46 years old, and dance music includes playing that genre. Friday night, I wished that I’d taken the trip downtown. ONLY 70’s and 80’s and wee bit of 90’s was played. It was a very selective type of music the DJ was clearly told to play by management. I managed a night club in Asheville, and I know exactly what Phil & Tony’s is trying to do. They are trying to cater to a specific class of people. I will just phrase it that way, for class is not what they’re trying to filter out. It will be my last visit unfortunately. I’m very disappointed that I will not get to enjoy the music and convienence that I have come to appreciate since moving to Charlotte five years ago. Perhaps, the management felt those of us that frequented
