Where is the Best Pet-Friendly Hotel in Dallas, Texas?
I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is lovely and the staff very friendly and competent. I needed to move to a handicapped room and they bent over backward to make it happen. The maid even helped me move my suitcases and other items very quickly. When told that I needed a fridge, they got one ASAP. The rooms are very tiny if using a double queen room. The bathrooms are very stylish. The restaurant has the best Greek food I’ve eaten in years. They allow pets too. I would definitely stay here again. It is a little pricey, however, the location could not be better.
I have stayed in hotels around the country and have never found a more attentive and hospitable staff! The Omni Park West has quickly become one of my most favorite of all hotels…from the moment I drove up to the entry (the lobby is beautiful…especially in the evening!)…to the moment I left… Rooms are very comfortable…nice amentities throughout…wireless internet access a nice surprise…and free if you have your own wireless card!!…Dovers Grille food and wine list superb! Great excercise facility! Staff will drive you to the local shops, resturants, etc. Overall, and OUTSTANDING value!Pros + Great Staff, Great Amenities, Convenient
This was a Very Good Experience. The front desk personal friendly & helpful, Concierge desk extremely helpful and accommodating, rooms clean & quite spacious, and comfortable beds. The reservation department was informative and easy to work with. The media center had one printer down and it added a minor expense. There is fine dining and food available at the bar…
