Ok, so a hotel near downtown Charlotte surrounded by any and everything sounds good right? WRONG. This is the worst place to stay in Charlotte, good location but bad atmosphere…..the price was wrong for this budget hotel that didn’t offer anything but a moldy, creepy bathroom with a horrible shower with a 1980s bath mat, couple hairs on the tile, dusty floorboards, dirty tiles anywhere imaginable. No frig/microwave combo, non-working ice machines, contaiminated pool that was closed during the summer (are you serious) that would have left you with three arms instead of two. Every known transiant/streetwalker/bum/homeless person that has ever had 60 bucks has probably stayed there at least one night and they just hang out front the other nights.
