The trainers at Fitness Defined are fabulous. I have seen measurable results in a very short time, and results are fuel for motivation. Philip is a top notch trainer. He is very good at helping me set goals, and he encourages me to work hard. He varies my workouts so I am never bored. He is very good at pushing me to my limits without burning me out. I highly recommend the staff at Fitness Defined. The gym is small, with three trainers, so you won’t get “lost” in a crowd when working out. Great experience. Chris comes across as being really interested in desiging an individual program keyed to what each person needs to shape up and then following up to help achieve the goals. The follow up is one of the best aspects. The other thing is he is really knowledgeable about fitness and diet.
