I’ve gone to this place once and I’d go back to try it again. I really like how they have such a wide selection with the menu of stuff to chose from, though, me being as indescive as I am, I had a hard time choosing what I wanted to eat. I got the Teriyaki Steak, which surprised me when it came out because it wasn’t a Teriyaki sauce with it, but rather the flavor was steamed into the meat. Also, it came baked in a cute little wooden box with the meat, vegetables, and steamed rice inside. The steak did have some fat on it which was kind of hard to cut through with the fork, but besides that was good. I liked sampling other people’s food and the fried rice with chicken was really good to sample, with big chicken in it. It was a bit cramped inside, but luckily it wasn’t too crowded because it was close to being closed. The portions were also big, so, overall I’d go back to it. Pros + Good food, pretty good prices, big portionsCons – Small, cramped space

If you are looking for a trendy place to have mouth-watering sushi that your wallet can handle, try HEY SUSHI. The atmosphere is very upbeat with blue glow lights and great music in the background. You can choose to sit at their bar, tables or their cozy couches. No matter if you are a first time sushi eater or a veteran of tasting sushi, the menu will have just the thing for you. If you still cant decide or need some visual guides, you can relax at the sushi bar and grab fresh nigiri and rolls from their rotating conveyor belt. Prefer your things fully cooked? Not a problem! There is a sizable menu of beef, pork, chicken, vegetarian and seafood dishes that you can choose from. And drinks? Sure! The bar is a popular spot for young Lincoln Park professionals, serving an extensive list of specialty cocktails, martinis and sake.Pros + couches, atmosphere, menuCons – parking

I used to love this place, but then they started to fall off. The servers should really start writing down people’s orders cuz they never remember them and always manage to get something wrong. Not a recommended brunch spot…it’s too dim for the daytime and service was horrible. The girl who served us was kind of an airhead and forgot our order (maybe cuz she didn’t write it down and was too busy sitting down and socializing with her friends sitting next to us. I do, however, like the dinner menu (if they get my order right). I highly recommend the Salmon Curry as an entree and the plantains for dessert. Overall…exellent dinner food and appetizers, poor service, good bartenders, great place to meet friends for drinks.
