Where is the Best Over-30s Singles Scene in Chicago, Illinois?
If you plan on doing dinner & drinks here-plan the dinner elsewhere and only go for drinks. Service was ok but it took us two times of asking for someone to take our order. I had hopes the food would make up for it-not the case. Overpriced food for not much taste-way too many other restaurants in Chicago to choose from-don’t make the same mistake we did!
Finally made it to this bar after hearing rave reviews from friends and it did not disappoint. The stage is actually set behind the bar, and the band was pretty good. The dj was even better!! The drinks were great and the crowd was fun. It did seem like everyone I met was a tourist, so this is obviously not the local-place-down-the-street. I agree with reviewers prior when they say that this has a very Vegas feel :)Pros + live band, extensive drink listCons – parking in this area stinks
We had the best time there. The crowd there is not a bunch of 21 yeard olds like the other bars in the area. It was small but we made the most of it. The decor is awesome, it reminded me of myapartment. Christy is the best bartender there, she had our drinks as soon as we ordered them, despite how busy it was. The music was alright, it was alot of mixes of house music. We love it there and would go there again and again. Pros + decor, crowdCons – service, size
