Where is the Best Outdoor Bar in Cincinnati, Ohio?
I was disappointed when I returned to HMC. I first visited there when Ben owned and ran it, way back in 97-98ish. I was moved from the city due to work and returned. I was excited about going back and just lost by what it had become. Its missing that personal touch and excitement that the staff back then gave it, brought it. It isnt awful, but it isnt the same…. I guess good things never last. Now the hunt to find where they all went…Cons – Personability, Personality
I had a great time at “J Hall” as it is called by locals. In town for a meeting and trying to find the perfect mixture, Jefferson Hall was refreshing. Cool bartenders, great drinks, and the best women Cincinnati has to offer. Pretentious girl lovers need not apply, because this bar is comfortable from the start and guarantees a drunken finish.Pros + Fair Prices, Good Drinks, Great People
This is one of my favorite low-key spots in Mt. Adams. It’s great in the summer when you want to sit outside and listen to live music in the courtyard, or in the fall when you can sit outside around a fire and snuggle up. The inside is almost like stepping into an old pub in Europe…it’s dark yet inviting with fires roaring, the staff is always ridiculously friendly, and the beer selection is pretty good. Try some of the seasonal drinks…they have a lot of different specialty ones that change from the summer to the winter. Pros + Great atmosphere, friendly staffCons – Can get pretty busy if you don’t get there early enough…sometimes it’s hard to find seating.
