blynk is just fantastic. Their food is some of the best in Charlotte with a quick in and out HEALTHY option uptown. If you’re in the area, stop in to grab a bite or a cup of coffee. It was my firt time to go there (obviously I am not from NC) and the location was difficult to find. (I was taking the neighborhood roads and it was dark and bad directions) anyways, so much of complaining, the food was good. The meatball was stuffed with garlic and other seasoning, not like any other regular meat balls. At first, I thought 2 meatballs ain’t enough for me, but as soon as I dig’in, the flavor and the temperature along with other rich and fresh ingridients, by the time I finished the dish, I found the protion of the food was just right. The cons after all, was the long wait in after order the dish to the time when the dish to the table. I will revisit this place next time, and trying not to get lost again. Ive been coming to The Roasting Company on a regular basis for over 10 years, and it has yet to disappoint. The chicken is great, the sides are healthy and delicious, and the overall taste of the meals is very unique. I recommend the half chicken or black bean and rice con queso entree, with a Red Stripe on the side. Pros + Awesome food at an awesome priceCons – None
