Where is the Best Off-The-Wall Date Spot in Chicago, Illinois?
There are few places in Chicago as beautiful as Graceland Cemetery, which I realize must sound very strange, since it is after all, a cemetery. The lawns are beautifully manicured, and the graves are well-tended, even if they have been in place for better than a century. Here you can find many prominent Chicagoans at their last rest, including Marshall Field and Oscar Meyer. Be sure to visit the Burnham plot, set aside on a small island of its own. Serene and peaceful, Graceland is both a lovely resting place and an interesting tourist spot.
We reserved a lounge for 15 friends at a great rate, all we had to do was spend $50 an hour in drinks, which is not a problem the larger your group. The song system is easy to navigate and we got bumped up to the VIP room, which had great service and a great view of the Chicago skyline. The manager and owner checked up on us and were incredibly friendly. After a couple of hours we hit the club and dance floor, which had a great d.j. and was not overly crowded. Beautiful ladies and no cover before 10 p.m. and even after its only $5. Overall we had a blast and WE WILL be back for the club and karaoke. Cannot emphasis the great staff and owners, maybe some better quality beer is the only suggestion. Otherwise a great price for a great time.
I went with a group of friends here and we had a blast! Be prepared because the music is loud and the decor is ultra-retro. The waiters are hilarious and purposely rude, so don’t be afraid to have fun with them! Breaking out in song and dance is common here for all workers! The whimsical atmosphere didn’t affect the food, which was very good. I recommend the burgers and malts. A great place for parties or kidsPros + fun atmosphere, good food
