I’ve just taken my 3rd tour with this group and each time gives me a different view and appreciation for Austin’s history and haunts! The costumed guides are knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my camera last time and the tour guide showed me the “hot spots” of where other people got photos of orbs or shadows – and I got one on film! Some people online gripe about not going in more buildings to ghost hunt, but this tour is respectful of the buildings, the people in them – and the ghosts! Besides, we got inside the Driskill which is always a treat. Also, although they said they were trying to weed out all the places that say they start from the Hideout on Congress, they don’t anymore. The tours usually start from Moonshines on Red River, but always check their website. Next time – the Pub Crawl!!

Most of the water areas in Austin are quite warm in the summer due to the weather heating up the water. But Barton Springs is one place you can rely on being refreshed and able to hop in water that will actually cool you off. Great for kids, families of all kinds. I know someone that swears by the healing powers of the water here as well. Large enough area that even during busy days its not overcrowded. A great day outing. Pros + One of the only places with cool watersCons – Parking is not so great

I’m an avid shopper to say in the least and like every other girl enjoy my quality labels. I’ve been to most of the store here at the domain and they’re great, pricey but great – a little sense of the big town for the good city of Austin. I liked it so much I decided to move in. That, however, wasn’t as great as I thought it would be. If they have an event or something it’s a nightmare to get home with the crowd and the traffic and the NOISE. Lots of noise at that when there’s a concert or anything that catered. My apt. is over Louis Vuitton and I enjoy a great view especially when the weather is nice. I definitely rec. the shopping the not so much the residential.
