Where is the Best No-Cover Nightspot in Miami, Florida?

The cab driver said this opened around Sept 2006? And there’s a lot of buzz about it because of again, the very strict doorman. Very difficult for males to get in, especially if you’re not trendy or cute enough. To some extent the doorman tries to make some people wait outside forever so as to create an illusion of the club’s popularity. My friend and I got in (both girls) easily on a relatively quiet night, and the place was more like a bar and lounge than it is a club because it was pretty small and there were no dancefloors. Many beautiful people inside, no doubt, but don’t expect yourself to be dancing away very much…it’s probably more of a friends get together mingling type of scene. Pros + No cover, new and cozyCons – Doorman, more of a lounge than a club on non-event nights

the place is kind of small, being divided into many smaller ‘rooms’ with different kinds of music and dancers. music is really good. if you wanna dance – you’ll have a blast. no attitude, but not so many very good looking guys either. anyway – it’s a fun place and, since I can’t think of a better place in miami, it’s a must-see.

Great local bar in hard to find South Miami/Pinecrest/Palmetto Bay area of Miami. Always good bands, but loud due to the small venue. Small but cozy bar, but you don’t go there for the food or munchies, since they only serve popcorn (for free). Tables and chairs are available outside and for some reason the mosquitos don’t bite! (Could it be the fact that you can smoke there?) They always have fun things to do on holidays (or near ones like Cinco de Mayo). Great local hangout.Pros + Location, People, Atmosphere, AmbianceCons – Loud, No food
