Where is the Best Nail Salon in Portland, Oregon?
So, I’m really picky about self-tanner; I have pretty much tried all self tanners available on the market (versa spa, mystic, and tons of lotions, gels, ect.)…and nothing compares to the Organic Bronze Bar service that is available at Portland Spa and Boutique. It’s super quick, and Leigh, the technician makes you feel comfortable immediately, AND she customizes the color to fit your skin tone perfectly! The best part about it is that it is the ONLY self tanning spray solution available in Portland that is completely Organic without any parabens or other bad stuff you don’t want being put on your skin (they even have an anti-aging solution that can be added). Oh, and I don’t know how they did this…but that weird “self-tanner” smell is completely absent…you could seriously get the spray tan and go out afterward without having to worry about smelling funny. Needless to say, if you go check this out you won’t be disappointed; you’ll just be perfectly bronzed :o). ( I totally know that
I never write reviews but I was surprised that no one has ever written a review mentioning Man so I decided to write one now..I’ve been coming to Poshe Salon since they have opened(almost 5 years now) and Man (pronounced mON) was the very first person I was scheduled with and eversince then.. I never tried anyone else. I get everything done by Man; nails and waxing (eyebrows, underarms, bikini.. the whole shabang). Let me tell you.. it is HARD finding the right place to get nails/waxing done. I’m asian so my eyebrows grow differently than others and if you don’t have the right experience with waxing asian eyebrows then it turns out pretty bad. The nails ALWAYS turn outs out great, most of the time I see people who get their nails done at other places.. turn out to look tacky.Besides having nails/waxing done by Man, I come to Tony for hair cuts/bang trims. My search for an incredible and perfect hair stylist is finally over!! Heather is absolutely the answer I have been waiting for. You guys, she is an angel sent from heaven!!!! I have been to way too many hair stylists and salons (seriously, it’s embarrassing to share all the places and people I have been to in order to find Heather) only to be disappointed. All my haircuts in the past have either been terrible, mediocre, or just something that I am not wowed by. You know those people you see walking down the street and you want to just stop and ask them where they get their hair done? Well….thanks to the lovely Heather, I am now one of those people!
