Where is the Best Nail Salon in Orange County, California?
I have been going to Sarah for 5 years now and highly recommend her services. I came to her with jet black hair that I wanted lightened without damaging bleach and she spent 4 1/2 hours doing it….without frying my hair. She won me over that day and has not disappointed since. I am now light brown with blonde highlights and I get compliments on my hair all the time. She has a way with color and her cuts are great too. The salon itself is very relaxing and beautiful. Other employees have been nothing but nice to me. Pros + Beautiful salon, great locationCons – pricey
