Where is the Best Nail Salon in Oakland, California?
Went to Galaxy for the first time today. It’s a really great place that needs some love. I was the only person in there on a Monday night. I think it was partly because it’s a Monday, but partly because more people need to know about it! It’s brand new at the Mercer in Walnut Creek. Had a reflexology pedi with Kathy, which was terrific. Also had a brow wax with Vivian, which was great. Nail salons usually give me the creeps and I worry about cleanliness, but not here. Everything was sterilized and very clean. Their prices are very good too and a much better value than say a Changes, which really overcharges for things like waxings. I absolutely adore NAILPHORIA!!!!!!! It’s a great spa to relax when you have had a hard day at work. The decor is new and refreshing. I love that you are welcomed with tea/or water and products that make your feet/nails/skin beautiful. What’s also great there is SHOE JAZZ SALON nestled in the spa. Great Shoes and Handbags!!!! If your a fan of Chinese Laundry, Nine West, Steve Madden, Charles David…..This is definintly the place to go. I recommend this place to anyone that is tired of rushed service/unclean nail salons. Pros + Very Clean, Friendly Service!!!!!
I never get mani and pedi before until i came with a friend to this shop. We both had just pedicures but then we tried what they call their special pedicure.. oh my gosh it was awesome. I got the milk & honey treatment and the scent was imaculous. i am hooked and i go there every 2-3 weeks now. Sometime i find that my feet doesnt even need it, (the pedicure lasted forever) but i still go to get the special treatment.. It’s awesome!!!
