Where is the Best Nail Salon in New York, New York?
I have been to countless Spas in the tri-state area, experimenting with different styles of facials for my difficult and stubborn unhealthy skin. Not only did Skintology create a noticeable difference after my first visit, it was clear (pun intended) that once I walked through the door I was going to return. I was suddenly sedated by the atmosphere of the Spa and forgot that I was in the city at all. As for the facial, the textures and smells that saturated my skin.. I felt like an Egyptian God! I strongly encourage anyone and everyone to go to Skintology and experience what I had, you will not be sorry. I also just recently decided to try something new and got Eyelash Extensions for the first time. It takes about three hours but the result is the definition of perfection. I no longer have to put on any makeup because my eyes look ten times bigger than I imagined. Skintology does wonders! I have had multiple technicians at Skintology and I honestly cannot decide who is better than the
I came across Dyanna Spa after seeing that it won for Best of New York for waxing, and was extremely pleased to noticed that it’s only a few blocks away from me in Gramercy Park! I called for an appointment and was relieved to find out they had time to book me that same day being that I was going on vacation the day after. I had a bikini and full leg wax done, as well as eyebrow threading. The whole process was fairly QUICK AND PAINLESS, the salon was extremely clean and cozy and Sabina the girl that performed everything was beyond sweet and professional. Now I know why this salon received a top rank for best of NYC for hair removal! Being such a hit or miss service, it’s amazing to know that there are salons that can deliver such great quality at such a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend it and will be back next month! You are the best, fast and painless…….Do not listen to those who going to tell you otherwise. Go and find out for yourself…..”Dyanna Nail & Body
Read about Rena from Citysearch after a year-long stay in Napa, CA where my hair was absolutely fried due to the dry weather. Walked in off the street last week and met Rena and she sat down with me, and we discussed options with color, dealng with the dryness and gray hair. Made an appointment for the following day. Rena told me that she had thought about my hair and repaired my hair and cut it. She took three hours with me and when I walked out, I really felt like I had been taken care of by a family member – she is that thoughtful, caring and really knows her color. I appreciate the years of experience she brings with her and her knowledge of the business. She also knew the keeping the youthfulness of my color was important and I really appreciated how she didn’t push her thoughts on me and allowed me to feel very comfortable. The cut she gave me is amazing! I’ve always spent so much time with my hair and I literally get up and scrunch it or turn it upside down and it looks
I’ve been going to Clover Nails for about 5 years now and I have to say it is my favorite nail salon. It is very clean and organized every time I go there. The staff is friendly and attentive. I also love their long and firm hand/foot massages. Regular manicures and pedicures are great. But try their green tea spa pedicure, it’s really great. I get it all the time! You can also buy your own box with tools just for yourself. Everyone I recommended this place to love it too. Highly recommended.Pros + Clean, organized, good massages, friendly staff.Cons – none
I do love going to bliss for treatments. I’ve been there multiple times for facials and massages.I find the waiting area to be very relaxing as it is roomy and comfortable with snacks and teas for you to enjoy. Here is my problem. Every facial I’ve had there was a torture because of the very high sales pitch from facialist. I’m beginning to think it’s their company policy telling facialist to do this. I’m not a novice and get facials regularly at many different spas. Yes, some of these spas do recommend what they think you should have done. But no one comes close to people at Bliss. Every time and I mean every time! I had a basic facial, they start out by trying to convince me to add more stuff. I mean it’s my money but they’ll say I recommend for you such and such treatment, it’s only $25 dollars more. Or I think you should the oxygen facial (which is nearly twice as expensive as basic that I just want to have done) Some facialist actually get a mild attitude when I say I’ll jus
