Where is the Best Nail Salon in New York, New York?
I love the fact that they have so much space to make a cozy, romantic lounge where you can relax, enjoy a cup of tea in your robe before or after the treatment. I went there to treat myself for my birthday and was very pleased. I had micro dermabrassion and the lady was really good. Next time i will go there with a date because they have rooms where they can treat 2 people in the same time. Very nice place! Pros + atmosphereCons – a little bit pricy
I came in with a picture of what I wanted – the blondest color . I am pretty sure that a lot of places would have told me that going blonder would be risky, since I already had spots of bleaching and whatnot, but Oksana handled it well and the color came out perfect! Also, the cut is probably the best I’ve had. I have very fine hair, and usually it’s hard for me to get the type of volume I want, but with the cut she gave me, it’s effortless to get it to look exactly how I want it. Not to mention I loved the tea they gave me and the products they used on my hair (oh, the money that would have been spent if I’d had it at the time). Whenever I can afford a full-price cut/color I’ll definitely be coming back!
I have lots and lots of hair on my face, from the brows to the chin, and they are coarse. I have been trying to go to a place that could remove the hair w/out making me feel like I’m a special case that needs to be looked at like a fish in a bowl. They remove every last hair with no questions and with attention and ‘meticulousness’. I can already feel the hair getting thinner and because of Ms. Lizette I am able to go every week to get my embarrassing problem taking care of. Also, on the eyebrows, I have found no match. I recently asked for the brown to be a bit thinner and she did a wonderful job at it. I’m about to take lunch and I’m headed straight there to get rid of the growth from this weekend.Pros + Some of the staff don’t speak EnglishCons – Price, Professionalism, Meticulousness
my coworker recommended to go to this spa to get massage and facial by Ela. I took couple friends with me: We had facial by Ela and Marta which was very different from other places. They really focus on your skin and recommend products depending on your skin type. This facial and products i had is already working perfectly for me and my friends. They have their own line : cleanser and fruit toner is amazing! After facials we had 60 min massage with : Susan, Crystal and Nadia. All of us were very happy and relaxed after. After we finished our day with manicures by: Viorica, Marina and Margarita. They really take time to clean and massage hands. The manicure takes about 30 min which is amazing. Overall the service was amazing from the minute you walk into the spa the front desk girls are very welcomming to offer tea or coffee before you start your treatments. I highly recommend to go their and relax from busy new york lifestyle.
Okay, I was alittle skeptical about going inside because from the street view the property itself doesn’t look promising. But, once the staff greeted us, sat us down, and served us free incredibly good tasing teas, I was ready for the pampering. Not only were the beauticians slow, and precise, but they worked as though they cared. Also, the manicure was near flawless. I chose the Milk & Honey pedicure. I can’t wait to go back! Wonderful little gem worth the 55 bucks I shelled out for the pampering.Pros + Great customer service, free tea, they take time with each customer.Cons – Very small, with no seperate area to dry feet.
