Where is the Best Nail Salon in New York, New York?
I went in here to get my feet and legs exfoliated before the holiday weekend. The place is darling and the woman at the front reception area was very nice. I requested the Sweet & Simple cucumber pedicure, which includes a sugar exfoliant – Cost $44 bucks. The woman – who never said a word to me while preforeming the pedicure – exfoliated the bottom of my feet and ankles. I asked her to go up to my knees. She looked at my like I was crazy, and went up mid calf. I thought maybe she did not understand english , so I pointed to my knees and did not get a response. At this point I gave up – but was VERY disappointed as my legs need the exfoliant and it was the primary reason for getting the $44 pedicure. Next time I’ll go to my neighborhood spa fpr $25 bucks.Pros + darling relaxing atmosphereCons – overpriced for the quality of service
I really like this place, the way it looks, whole place smells nice and clean…but it is such a hassle to go past the counter. One day you go they say you have to make an appointment, next time you call to make an appoinment, they say they dont accept appointments for short treatments, one day you have the approved appopintment you go, they tell you although you have the appointment they dont keep it , you have to wait until somebody is available.If this keep repeating itself I am seriously considering not to step into this nice salon. What a pity..
TREAT YOURSELF to an amazing treatment at Spa Ja’s – The healing began upon entering the hallway and ascending into the tranquil space – every detail has been taken into consideration which added to my experience of well-being. I was greeted with warmth and welcomed, my coat and bags were carefully tucked away, then a luscious, organic, delicious, anti-oxidant packed fresh berry tea was placed in my hands as I was encouraged to snuggle in and relax. Next, the treatments were clearly explained and I selected a custom massage package. I went upstairs and was inspired by the decor and attention to quality from the fresh, fluffy towels to the organic and holistic products to the soothing music to the state of the art massage tables and the cleanliness! I have been going to Feline Day Spa for more than 20+ years and have enjoyed many of the services they offer. I do not feel like client but rather their guest. Feline is a top-shelf day spa.The spa is spotless, well-kept and a relaxing place to visit. Each and every service I have had at Feline has been a wonderful experience. From a massage, facial, manicure or pedicure that friends ask where I go so they can go as well. Voila ? so blooms a new Feline guest.
