Where is the Best Nail Salon in Cleveland, Ohio?
I have been trying to schedule an appointment all day…they answer the phone and immediatly place you on hold. I do not mind holding but not for more than 3-5 minutes. I have placed 5 calls TODAY to schedule an appointment (because of a friends referral) the latest hold time was 8 minutes and 37 seconds…I do have a job to do I cannot be on hold all day. After all of that I still do not have an appointment!!!! AARRRGGGHH!
You know you have the perfect haircut when total strangers come up to you and say “I Love Your Haircut”, or “Great Haircut”. These comments, of course make me feel wonderful, but I owe the compliments to Melanie, my hair stylist for the past 18 years. Her endless patience in accommodating my many requests to duplicate a hairstyle that I’ve seen in a magazine amazes me! She truly cares about each of her clients, and in turn, has many people that care about her.She also is a magician when it comes to hair color. Prior to meeting Mel, I tried out many salons and ended up with varying shades of purple, platinum and horrible highlight colors that usually resulted with many tears all the way home. FINALLY, a friend recommended a salon in Rocky River — I was so excited to think that my worries were over. However, I was again disappointed! The owner (my friend’s stylist) cut and colored my hair — it was a total disaster, and again, I sobbed all the way home. It was only by a stroke
