Where is the Best Nail Salon in Cincinnati, Ohio?
I talked in depth with my stylist Ryan. He understood what I wanted so I thought. I spent too much time there. However, when I got home I realized the flat iron he used to straighten my hair caused split / dead ends alI up and down my hair. I had asked for someone who could work with long hair and texturing but he seemed to have a hard time with it. Just barely cutting the ends and not texturing or cutting. I had knotted hair on the ends as he left all the layers untouched and barely trim the ends of my hair. One side was an inch longer than the other. The lengths all varied and layers were just random. I went back and he sliced into one side and cut a piece of my lenght by mistake and then left the other side of my hair untouched. After asking him my to balance and blend in my layers, I am not sure why he would not check to see if the new cuts were even with the rest of my hair. He cut into one side and left the other side untouched so now my hair is 1- 1/2 inch inch longer on
I have been to several of the more upscale salons in the area and I can tell you that Bajon is by far the most attentive to the client. This is so refreshing considering that you can sometimes run into pretentious attitudes in some of the nicer salons, but that is definitely NOT the case here. Everyone is so friendly! I have been there four times so far to see Brianne and she is so nice; she really takes the time before she begins to listen to what I want.As soon as you walk in you are greeted promptly and they made me feel very at home every time I visit. I have had the works: colors, cuts, a facial AND waxing…all were outstanding and I left feeling refreshed, happy, and looking great. Overall, I would highly recommend Bajon for someone wanting to try a new salon with a high standard of service. Pros + Great service, clean, friendly, professionalCons – I can’t take my stylist home with me!
I have been getting my hair done at Ambience for about a year and a half. I was looking for someplace new and stumbled across the new talent special they had on their website. After my first appointment, I new I couldn’t go anywhere else. Tara (my hair designer) did an amazing job and she still does my hair now. She talked to me about exactly what I wanted and what would work best for my hair type. I have thick hair that tends to get frizzy, so was thrilled. I love the atmosphere at Ambience. And I really love the extra bit of pampering you get, even when you are only there to get a haircut. You get to choose 2 experiences with your haircut – I always choose the Shampoo Experience (it feels great when they wrap a hot towel around your head after applying conditioner) and for my second experience, I usually rotate between the Relaxing Hand Treatment and the Mini Facial.
