Where is the Best Mover in San Francisco, California?
I was majorly procrastinating on hiring movers for my fiance and myself to move from our seperate residences and into our first fabulous one bedroom. After hearing them recommended several times, I figured I’d give them a call and see if they could fit me in. The nicest man I’ve ever spoken to over the phone walked me through the whole process and made me feel cared for and at ease. He was great at following up with me and scheduled my move date for the day I requested. On move day, two buffer than hell guys showed up right on time and my fiance’s place, and proceeded to quickly but carefully load all his worldly possesions onto their truck. They were FAST, STRONG, and POLITE! Seriously nice guys. After that, they came to my home. My place was a condo with obnoxious HOA rules that we were bending a bit, and these guys made it work. Wow, what can I say except that Bay City Movers exceeded our expectations for our move from beginning to end! My wife and I, who are expecting our first baby in 3 weeks, have nothing but rave reviews for these guys. They epitomize what customer service should be like in this day and age. They were friendly and professional and treated our items as if they were their own. They competitively priced and worth every penny! We will definitely use Bay City Movers again and recommend them to family and friends! P.S. From start to finish this company was great.They were able to schedule a move for me on short notice (4 days). Rhonda was extremely pleasant and competent on the initial call as she dealt with me trying to take a mental inventory of my apartment.On Saturday George and Tony showed up on time to get me moved. These guys worked their tails off! They showed great patience as I found more stuff to put in storage (and even more patience and humor, when I changed my mind about storing half of it). They handled everything carefully and quickly and got the move done in an hour/hour and half LESS time than I was quoted!All in all this was a great experience – I’d heard horror stories about movers but this company was on the complete opposite end of the spectrum.
