Where is the Best Mover in Phoenix, Arizona?
My closing date for my house I was moving out of changed from one day to the next, making it very difficult to figure out when I could actually move. Midnight Movers was extremely accomodating and flexible. I had to cancel a couple of times and felt horrible for doing so. But they were very understanding and showed concern with the stress that I had with the sale of my home. It was great not to have to worry about the move in addition to everytrhing else. When it came time to actually move, they showed up that night, hours after the sale went through and I got the keys to my new home. The movers were very professional and did an excellent job at what I thought was a very reasonable price.
After hearing some horror storied about moves I decided to do my homework. I checked about several companies and their reviews. I even went as far as to check who was doing the reviews. Long story it took a little time but my wife and I decided to use Allstar Metro Movers. They were very easy to work with. They showed up on time and worked from start to finish. We move across town with no damage to any of our belongings. There was no discrepencys with the billing, over all an excellent expierience. This company requires credit card info upfront to reserve date. Then they call the night before to cancel your appointment, and still charge your card the money.We have spent weeks calling the office to get refund.Jamie always says its being credited back, but then it isnt done. Jamie refuses to return our calls now.This is a scam!
I am a disabled woman and have a hard time moving around. I recently found out that I had to move back home (Ohio) because of my ill mom. I didn’t know how to begin or even where to begin. The first moving company I called was Arizona Budget Movers and explained that I was going to need help packing and moving my things so far away. I have never hired a moving company before so I told the girl that I would get a few more quotes. She was sweet and completley understood. I called 3 more places and by far Arizona Budget Movers had the best price. The girl (Jamie) was very patient and explained how things would happen. Day one pack and load and day two begin the long journey to Ohio. I had planned on being out there a few days before my stuff was to arrive. I knew that they were going to run into bad weather as I did on my way out. They called me everyso often so as to keep me up to date on where they were.
