I am so glad that I chose this company. I was amazed by how downright fun my moving day was thanks to the crew from Northstar. These guys are truly the best! They gave me an arrival window of 8-10 am, which, as we all know, for a lot of companies means anywhere between 9:50 and 10:20. To my absolute delight and relief, they pulled up at 8:15 and cheerfully plunged into a what was to be a long day of hard work of them, moving me from my home in Bel Air to Encino. And watching them work was nothing less than a joy. Guy, the foreman, helped my moving-day anxiety by making jokes, all the while working steadily without wasing a moment’s time. The entire crew were diligent, efficient, organized, and extremely professional. As a team, they had it down to both a science and an art. Guy led his crew with a respect towards them that was evident and they responded by following most of his directions before they were even fully expressed. We have been quite enthusiastic in our support of CS from the beginning of our operations in 2002 but have recently become concerned with incidents of fraud in our industry on this search engine. If you still find us here on the search, it is only because we have earned a solid reputation over time. These days CS allows its advertisers to buy their way to the top of the lists rather than allow for the people to speak. The trouble with this is that many companies have taken it upon themselves to write their own gushing reviews and to “cleverly” create false addresses throughout the los angeles area so that they dominate the pages with their good names. Regrettably, CS is unable to monitor this kind of conduct. I guess its up to the community to filter out the dirt from the drinking water.
