The clumsy bus boy refilled my water in my glass of sprite…then when he walked away i think he knew that i knew that he knew that he goofed up and poured the water in the wrong glass..he gave a look back at me as he was walking away..I was with clients, it was embarrassing to all of us..Overall it was a nice power lunch dining experience. Pros + big lunch menuCons – confused bus boys
Coffe Shop used to be my spot!!!! My fiancee and I went there on several occasions and will probably contunue to go. The food is great but my problem is with the lounge area. I have been down there on many occasions and it h as a great ambience if you want to chill out with some friends and have some drinks, but beware of the waitresses down there, they are fierce!! My girlfriends and I went to Coffee Shop after a very stressful dinner, just to kick back and relax. A couple of them do not drink which we thought would be OK. We quickly learned otherwise. As we arrived in the lounge at about 930 on a Saturday (very early for any real lounge activity) we were abruptly greeted by a blond waitress who immediately stopped us from sitting down in an area that was reserved for parties of 8, we were a party of 5. She seated us elsewhere and gave us our menus. I was ready to have another drink, the other ladies were interested in dessert. She came back over to get our orders (I ordered a glas
MY WAITPERSON WAS TERRIFIC. SHE MADE ME FEEL TOTALLY COMFORTABLE AND WELCOME IMMEDIATELY, IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING TERRIFIC ADVISE ON THE MENU. THE SERVICE TEAM WAS EXCEEDINGLY ATTENTIVE. LUVED THE LAMB SANDWICH AT LUNCH — AND THE DESSERT, CARMELIZED RICOTTA BANANA TART WAS TASTY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE HOCKEY PUCK FLAVORLESS BANANA ICE CREAM….MINOR MIS-STEP. OVER ALL AN EXCELLENT DINING EXPERIENCE!Pros + VIBRANT SPACE, GREAT FOOD, EXCELLENT SERVICE!Cons – TOO DELICIOUS!
Arrived just before the early dinner rush around 6:15 and had a great meal! An absolute must is the Goat Cheese “Petatou” appetizer, to die for! I had a seared Monkfish and my wife enjoyed Steak Frites both dishes perfectly done. Finished w/key lime pie, not the best in the world but refreshing on the first day of summer. Service was decent. My only complaint is that the tables are Miniscule but in someways I suppose that adds to the charm! Pros + great food, charming atmosphere, unique bathroomsCons – tiny tables
