I tried to get to the SunDial at sunset we missed our 8:15 reservation and made it around 8:45. Staff was polite and we were immediately accomodated. The sky was still a little pink. The view was breaktaking! My boyfriend and I were speechless. I was surpised at how big the restaurant was and how nicely dim and romantic it was. Don’t feel bad for taking pictures, everyone does. We were celebrating my boyfriend’s acceptance into Pharmacy school. I hadn’t had the chance to tell our server, Abdul, but he brought us an extra dessert. Raspberry and chocolate sorbet. I don’t like chocolate but the their chocolate sorbet was good. The Blackberry Napoleon was good (the berries werent sweet but…so what) the cream was so heavy and rich. YUM! Food is pricey…I would reccomend to share dessert. drinks (wine) are small but nice. Perfect restaurant. Staff is friendly and parking is validated at the end of the night. My boyfriend felt so special and kept thanking me. You will get many brownie poin

Yeah, “OK” about sums it up. I have to say that I went for lunch, so take that in to account. I have a feeling this place shines during dinner service, so I’ll gladly revise my review if I go back after 5pm.The place itself is great, but a tad bit sterile. It’s not welcoming at first glance – more like a nicely decorated OR. I prefer warm colors, fabrics, furniture, etc. and this place was visually, literally, a sea of grey and hard surfaces.I sat at the bar and my server/bartender was very attentive and kind (even though he talked about how much he loved Bill O’Reily and Shaun Hannity). Regardless, he was on top of things and service was top-notch.Started with the fried green tomatoes which were very tasty and quick – they literally came out about 2 minutes after I ordered them. Makes me think they were zapped or premade? They didn’t taste like either, so it was fine with me.Moved on to the special which was fish and chips – delicious. The cod was flakey, light, tasty. I ate at Murphy’s with a friend the other night and really enjoyed the experience. We had the flat bread appetizer (not on the menu) which had tomatoes, cheese, and arugula. It was pretty tasty and not too filling which was good. For my meal I had the BBQ Salmon. I love salmon and this was not a disappointment. It was a generous portion and prepared well. My friend had the Hanger Steak which he said was really good. The only downside (which was not a big deal) was that it took a little longer than I expected for my meal to come out. Maybe 15 or 20 minutes after the appetizer. It was ok because I had good company and the server brought us some extra bread to nipple on. Overall it was a good experience and the food was very reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back more often. Pros + nice atmosphere, good pricesCons – don’t really see any
