Where is the Best Martini in Norfolk, Nebraska?
Cozy, intimate albeit small place on the corner of Granby and Tazewell. Food served until 2am which is a bonus. Very interesting menu, just the right sizes…..always excellent specials. Extensive cocktail/martini/wine list. It is crowded so go earlier in the evening if you want to make sure you get a table. Pros + Ambience, interesting menu, good drink selectionCons – Smoking permitted, parking, small space
Wonderful service and high quality dining. We had a hard time finding it because the address on this website is old. The new location is directly across from Nauticus. They have Valet services available, but there is also public garage parking in the immediate area.Pros + Excellent Service, great foodCons – Don’t believe the location on this website.
A native New Yorker and restaurant owner, I was rather impressed with the atmosphere, drink selection and crowd at Club Soda and considered myself a regular there. I was appalled with the service, though, and now refuse to patronize the establishment. A friend of mine ordered a Red Bull w/ Vodka and recieved the following response “7-Eleven is down the street…We don’t serve that stuff here.” What kind of elitist response is that? Who did this bartender think he was? Is a Red Bull and Vodka not up to the high class standards of this upscale Norfolk martini bar? Give me a break. If you don’t serve the drink, fine. Just say so. Do not belittle the guests. That’s bad business. You probably think that my friend probably didn’t belong in a place like this, but he is owns a golf course. He is no stranger to up-scale.
The food was delicious, however, the noise level for the music was way to loud for casual conversation. When I go out with friends, it is nice to not to have to yell to talk with them. I was told by the staff that they would turn the music down but the owner would turn it back up. Doesn’t seem very considerate of the customers who are paying a hefty amount to eat there.
