When the Ritz-Carlton opened it’s spa, I had heard so much about it already that I just had to check it out. Walking into the spa makes you forget you’re in the middle of Downtown Denver. Everything is so peaceful and quiet, I wanted to take a nap in the lobby of the Spa, I hadn’t even gotten into the locker rooms yet. The people there are all so nice and down to earth, it only makes the experience more serene. The concierge urges you to use the facilities before your service if you so choose, so I hopped in the steam room, which is equiped with light therapy and aroma therapy!! When it came time to get my services I was already so relaxed that I felt like I was dreaming, it was the perfect build up to an even more perfect massage. My massage therapist let me pick the scents I wanted to truely personalize my experience, I felt like I was the most important person in the world!! I can’t wait until my next visit!!Pros + EVERYTHING… service, atmosphere, qualityCons – NONE

we were given a key to wrong room on arrival, this key worked in the wrong room, but alas we could not use internet. The next day we were moved to correct room. Our children arrived and they were given key to room and someone else was in their room. They were moved. The next day my key would not work and was discharged, may have been my fault, but when my husband got her his was discharged and he had to go back to front desk. Are you getting the idea we are at the front desk allot. The elevators were very busy so we were waiting all the time. We left a pillow in the first room. It went to lost and found locked for the weekend of our visit until monday after we are gone. Maybe it is small, but we will try new place in area on our next visit. Oh yes my daughter got an 89 dollar room and ours was 115. What was with that?/

Just spent the week-end at the Omni and loved it! We stay here when we need a night away from our stress. This week-end the N.O. Saints football team was also staying at the hotel so it was a little crazier then usual but we still had a great time. Room service is my favorite but the Tap Room is great fun as well. I spent most of the day at the spa and was ready to come home to my life.Pros + The mountian views, pool and hot tub, the spaCons – Can’t think of any

The hotel was amazing. From the moment you walked into the lobby you were greeted by a courteous staff. The room was impeccable. We stayed in a suite w/ French doors closing off the bed from the living area. Spacious bathroom w/ separate vanity area was very helpful. I would recommend a room facing the flat irons (front of the hotel). The pool and hot tub area was superb (the pool was heated). The location of the hotel was great! Numerous restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping (from Wal-Mart to dullards) if you happen to forget anything. Overall, this was an amazing hotel and would recommend it to anyone!

Nice room, after we were upgraded, but the showers were very erratic – went from hot to cold and VV. Nice antiques and Remingtons, beautiful area to explore and great restaurants nearby. …
