Where is the Best Lunch Spot in Denver, Colorado?

I visted Three Sisters on 2/25/08 for lunch. This was my first visit to Three Sisters and definitely won’t be my last. I ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Panini, which has to be the best sandwich/panini I’ve ever had. I also ordered the Parmesan Tomato soup, which was okay, but seemed very bland and didn’t have much flavor. It wasn’t bad by any means, it just paled in comparison to the sandwich.Pros + Great Sandwich/Panini & great locationCons – Kind of loud, the tomato soup wasn’t the greatest (but not bad)

We arrived to the 16th St Mall by cab. We we’re staving so Willie G’s looked like an inviting place. The menu was available in the lobby with prices. Once inside we we’re seated at the back of bar area. Probably because of our hiking attire. The service from the staff was excellent and very professional. We did suspect the pricing was just a tad higher than advertised however it was worth a few extra. I had the Almond Trout with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. We had an overall great dining experience. The staff was also very through in giving us directions to the best night spots. We were there on a Wednesday night. Pros + Location in the middle of 16th St Mall area. Cons – Parking didn’t appear to be close but we arrived by cab.

Get over it, if you don’t like the first margarita out of the tap, better have another to form a better analysis. Not sure after two, have a third and…Wait, this is a restaurant review, which implies food. OK, you order up front, get a number, sit down and wait. Now that’s out of the way, please try the Wahoo bowl with blackened mahi mahi, a little dressing and one of those margarita’s that was alluded to above. The chips are OK, the salsa with it is fresh and good, sometimes a little too much cilantro but YMMV. Pork, steak and chicken are all good, marinaded to perfection and cooked just right. My two year old is already a regular and enjoys the entire menu, except the margarita’s of course!Pros + Fish tacos, combos, margarita’s

I am the owner of Virgilio’s Pizzeria and yes my name is Virgilio. This message is addressed to the individual (s) who has written 20 different reviews under different aliases in the past few months. You should be ashamed of yourself. This pathetic attempt to try to slander me personally,my hard working staff, or my fabulously cheesy pizza is as see-through as your sub-standard pepperoni! I know it hurts to see me in the paper and magazines over and over and over, basking in the gloriousness of my marinara, but that is what hard work and great quality produces! If you think writing reviews that say such ridiculous falsehoods such as “don’t believe the hype”, “greasy”, “expensive”, “bad service” will hurt my business you are out of luck! Business is better than ever as you already know, with lines out the door daily. May I suggest that you spend time at your restaurant, not mine, trying to make a better product, instead of writing bogus reviews, maybe we would see you in the pap

I remember back in 2001 when there was a new shopping center that opened up in Lone Tree and saw a pizzeria opening up called Santoro’s Brick Oven Pizzeria. My wife and I were very excited that we were getting a neighborhood pizzeria. When we went in for the first time and tried the pizza we were hooked. Superb freshly made salads, the pizza was heavenly and the sandwiches brought back fond memories of our east coast vacation. Of course I tried the cheese steak for lunch at one time and thought I was in Philadelphia. Santoro’s has been a regular staple of my family get togethers and we always feel welcome with the smiles from the employees. Since 2001 we have always been there for family events, and the new expansion really has made it easier to be seated faster in this popular restaurant. Our next time out to Santoro’s will be to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. We’re really looking forward to it.Pros + Great neighborhood, personable employees
