Where is the Best Live Music Venue in San Diego, California?
I have been to anthology two times now.One time for jazz and the second for latin music. The groups were oay,but nothing spectacular.I suspect its not in thier budget for top rate talent. The food is very average. The kobe sliders were bland and the buns were dry and tasteless. The bread basket they serve was rather good,as is the cheese plate.Portions are very small,as is the case with one of the owners, celebrity chef bradley ogden, give a little charge a lot.My bill for two people was $150,which I thought was rather pricey for average food and entertainment. If you have to check it out go to the bar ,spend the twenty dollar minimum for food per person, pay for your ticket for the music, which varies per artist,or go on a night when they don’t charge for the music.Overall the price is very beautiful inside, but they need to work on their food and entertainment.Pros + Beautiful interiorCons – Average food and music, overpriced.
you can’t turn your eyes away from it. Dick’s is definitely not for anyone accustomed to getting their butt-kissed and slobbered on while dining out. But that doesn’t mean that they don’t serve you well at Dick’s. If you want good-tasting food, a fun and entertaining atmosphere, and something different, then I highly recommend this place.
