They did have nice selection of lingeire from low price to high price. Changin room was quite nice-somewhat secret boudoir feel. Girls were very friendly but not intimidating. I have heard that BraSmyth has great selection and beautiful high quality bras, all of which is true.HOWEVER, their customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The saleswomen are aggressive and beligerent.AND DON’T EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO GET A BRA ALTERED THERE, unless you want to wait a month to get your bra back, and be verbally abused by the unbearable, hostile, evasive staff.I HAVE HAD SEVERAL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES THERE OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS. THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION SO I KEEP TRYING TO GO BACK, IN THE HOPES THAT SOMETHING HAS CHANGED. It started out simply enough. I scheduled a stop at La Petite Coquette – a cute little lingerie store in the West Village – to coincide with a girly lunch at Sweetie Pie around the corner.I completely realize that writing about a bra-and-panty shopping experience is a touch personal, given that women tend to hold these experiences close to their chest (pun intended!).
