Where is the Best Late-Night Dining in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania?
this one is in the Oakland section of PIttsburgh. but it doesnt matter. if you’re ever coming to the Steel City and like sloppy sandwiches, get the primanti. doesn’t matter what kind. two pieces of texas toast, your meat/cheese(or veggie), steak fries, and oil/vinagar-based cole slaw all in one sandwich. have one w/an iron city beer and watch the Buccos this coming summer.
I read the other reviews and frnkly I was appalled at the negative remarks that were made by others. I have never been there when the place was dirty or when the managment was nasty to the waitresses. We have always had good food, great service and a good time overall at Ritters. If it was bad as the others say would it still be around. Hell no! I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. Cheap eats and a good time.Pros + Great prices, good food, and great staff.
My first time at “O” I was behind a person that order a small order of fries.(I did not know it at the time) I said give me the large also. It was enough to feed an army. It is a unique setting in Pittsburgh. Located very close to Pitt and if you want to bring the family then be sure it is day light hours. It is The Dirty “O” and it is Original and Dirty to say the least. If you like Hot Dogs and hustle and bustle of city life then this is the place for you. Hot Dogs are the best and only Primanti Brothers is more Pittsburgh then The Dirty “O”. You have to experience it for yourself! Pros + It is what it is! The name Dirty “O” says it all!Cons – Parking and undesirable hanging out and working there!
