Where is the Best Landscaper/Gardener in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania?
H & R did the landscaping for our new house before we moved in. Most of the trees they planted died, despite our watering them. They did NOT honor the one year guarantee. After months of phoning them, they replaced some of the dead trees, but three look like Charlie Brown Xmas trees. For several more months, we called and tried to get them to come back out. They waited until after our year anniversary and then Clair said “they are no longer waranteed, its after a year.”Cons – Not reliable, Rude, Not honorable
