Where is the Best Landscaper/Gardener in Nashville, Tennessee?
I was recommended to these folks and the owner, a guy named Tim, was nice enough to come out and take a look at my property for an estimate. Never mind that Tim was about an hour late and I was on my lunchbreak to meet him, but hey – at least he showed.Anyway, Tim seems pretty sharp. He has some really good ideas, sketches a few things out, seems to have all the answers, and says he’ll email me an estimate by the end of the week. Well, sure enough, I never heard back from Tim. I called the B&T office about two weeks later, figuring maybe they lost my number or something. When I ask why I haven’t gotten that estimate yet, a very nice secretary tells me “oh, well, Tim is just really bad at getting back to people – that’s why we don’t let him go out and do estimates anymore”. Did I mention that this guy Tim is an OWNER of the company?! I am just shocked that the owner of the company is so unprofessional, but the nice secretary assures me that Tim will work up that estimate first
Anyone that reads these reviews stay away from this place. I had drainage issues and had peachtree install a sump pump. Well after the first one burned out I called them to tell them it no longer worked after the first rain. They sent out another crew (who spoke no english by the way) and replaced it. Then they send me a bill wanting more money for the first faulty pump. They blamed it on someone messing with it. Wrong Even I know not to mess with water and electricity. I finally got them to forget the bill after a month of trying to contact them. They ARE NOT customer friendly!! SO I end up doing it myself and spending even more of my own money to correct their mistakes. The electrician that helped me told me they had it hooked into my air conditioning unit and that is what burned out both the pumps. He stated it was lucky no one was killed just walking on the ground or my house had not burned down. Anyway I could go on, but be warned DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING.Pros + Not a thing
First off, David is great! He is always friendly, helpful and so dialed in. Standing around, talking to David is like sitting around with a great musician listening to him riffing on a guitar. The man jams! He is always interested in what project you are working on and always has great suggestions. He always is helpful and never makes you feel like you are interrupting him. He takes his time with his customers and is obviously passionate about his business. I enjoy his emails and always find something interesting when reading them. His staff is always friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help. I grow a huge organic garden every year and buy the earth mix to add to my soil with great results!
