Where is the Best Italian Food in Jacksonville, Florida?
Great food at REASONABLE prices. Have been a frequent visitor to the restaurant for over 6 years and have always been impressed with the quality, quantity and flavor of the food and all at a most reasonable price. Service is fast and friendly – everyone makes you feel welcome. Whenever we have out-of-town guests, Paesano’s is the first restaurant we visit!Pros + Inexpensive, Good Food, Quaint Atmosphere
This is as close to an actual Italian restaurant as Ive ever gotten. The care taken in the decor blew me away. I went with a freind and we were not treated “Rudely” (I personally dont like to be patronized, even if i pay more I pay for the food. Not to be loved) They actually do the table setting the way high class restaurants do. i was very impressed and I was given good serviceThe food. was good but it did not WOW me. It wasnt really spicey or anything and I thought the portions were small. I am American though , but dont go here expecting a plate overflowing with food. you will get european portions. I do not really like judging food but I will say I thought my little side dish of pasta had some really bland sauce. almost just tomato pasteThis would be a great place to take your girlfreind as it is VERY Romantic. Pink cloth napkins and roses on the table. She will definately be impressed. If you do not score after taking her here then you need to find a new girlfreind.I ended
This a Very Romantic and Cozy Italian Restaurant. It is small but not crowded feeling.The food portions are very generous. It is a nice break from the trendy scene. Food Quality is worth every penny and although some may consider this place expensive or moderately expensive–I would pay even more for food this good !! The atmosphere is just wonderful ! I love the fireplaces. It is rather dark and intimate interior with surrounding families having a good time as well. Not deafly Quiet like a library but not ridiculously Loud either. If I were a millionaire–this is where I would go every weekend. I am not a millionaire so I will enjoy each and every chance I get to go here. Great Job Chef Luciano Russo !! During a late lunch for two after walking the Timuacuan Preserve we tried this Olive Garden location by Regency Mall. We were promptly seated with a minimal wait to a nice corner table away from the major walkways. Our server was very friendly and timely with everything during our visit. She offered good recommendations on the new menu items and was probably the best I’ve had in town so far. Too bad I’m terrible with names or I would recommend her. For an appetizer we ordered a sampler of Stuffed Mushrooms and Calamari. The mushrooms were delicious and the calamari was cooked just right and not greasy in the least. The usual drik order of a Strawberry-Mango Margarita, blame the gf for hooking me on them too, was very refreshing. For our main courses, I had the Braised Beef & Tortelloni and she ordered the Five Cheese Ziti al Forno. The Tortelloni is a new menu item which I was told by our server to be the best stuffed pasta so far in her opinion. I have to agree with her af
